Cancellation Policy

North American Aerodynamics is committed to providing the best products and services in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability and try to be as flexible as possible when the customer requires a cancellation.
Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another customer from being served and cost the company time and money to service the order. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time and commitment of the company and is used in fairness to both our business and the clients we serve.
We will cancel an order at no cost to the customer when there is no cost to NAA. However, we must pass-on to the customer any cost incurred by the company when a cancellation occurs. The cancellation fee may be deducted from any deposit paid for the order.
The following cancellation policy pertains to all ordered received for any of our products:

  • There is no charge if the order is cancelled within ten (10) days from the date the order is placed.
  • There is a ten percent (10%) charge between ten (10) days after the order is placed and the time that the order goes into production. Additional charges may apply for materials specific to the order.
  • The customer will be charged for the cost of time and materials for work completed (including the full value of ordered custom materials) if the cancellation occurs within 10 days after the order goes to production.
  • Once the order has been in production for 10 days, the customer is responsible for the full amount of the order.

*Government Contracts may be subject to different terms and conditions of the relevant Contract Clauses, applicable FARs, applicable DFARs, or terms of the Bid/Proposal document. Only contract terms accepted in writing by NAA will be honored.

Cancellation Process

If our product fails to meet our expectations, please contact us to discuss with our engineering and technical staff. In most cases, modifications can be made at no cost (other than shipping) for adjustments of size and comfort.
