Parachute Rigger

Salary: Depends on experience

Status: Full-time | No weekends

North American Aerodynamics, LLC., based in Roxboro, North Carolina, has an immediate opening for a Certified Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Senior or Master Parachute Rigger. This is an entry level position that will consist of assembling and packing UAV and military emergency parachutes, as well as civilian seat, back, and chest type parachutes. This is a Full-Time position with benefits.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current FAA Senior or Master Parachute Rigger and able to provide certification documentation.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Roxboro, NC or surrounding area.
  • Citizenship – Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Expected hours: 40 per week

IT Technician

Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Manage and maintain computer hardware and software, including installation and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot software issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Assist with computer networking tasks, including VPN setup and firewall management.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document issues and resolutions using BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira for tracking purposes.
  • Support desktop environments by resolving hardware malfunctions and performing routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall IT service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate users on best practices for technology use and security measures.

Experience

  • Proven experience in technical support roles with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN configurations, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with IT support tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira is preferred.

Sewing Machine Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Machine Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and sewing machine maintenance, with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of sewing machines and equipment, contributing to the overall productivity of our production line.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on sewing machines and related equipment to ensure quality of service in our sewing department and other manufacturing areas.
  • Make equipment adjustments (timing, feed, feed dog, etc.) and repair sewing machines and related equipment as necessary
  • Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
  • Responsible for performing a variety of tasks on industrial machines to include sewing, embroidery, grommet,
  • Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of inventory to ensure adequate supply.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to include cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts, equipment, and machinery.
  • Knowledgeable in the safe use of operation of special equipment such as hand tools, power equipment, measurement tools, and electronic testing equipment.

Carpenter/Electrician General

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across multiple trades and is comfortable working on a wide range of projects, including remodeling, new construction, repairs, and restoration work. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently on-site, read blueprints, and safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.


Responsibilities

  • Perform general construction tasks including framing, drywall installation and finishing, roofing, siding, and flooring.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.

  • Use hand and power tools for carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and fixture installation.

  • Complete concrete forming, rebar installation, metal stud framing, and drywall finishing.

  • Participate in restoration services such as water damage repair, mold remediation, plastering, caulking, and stucco application.

  • Assist with fabrication tasks, including cabinetry assembly and custom fixture creation.

  • Install doors, windows, cabinetry, siding, fixtures, and other structural or finish components.

  • Safely lift and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project schedules and quality standards.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in general construction; experience with project planning is a plus.

  • Strong background in carpentry (framing and trim), masonry, roofing, and general building practices.

  • Proficient with common hand tools and power tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

  • Knowledge of restoration industry standards, including water damage remediation and mold removal.

  • Comfortable performing physical labor, working at heights, and operating in confined spaces.

  • Experience with metal stud framing, drywall finishing, tile work, flooring installation, basic electrical and plumbing systems, and HVAC.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.

Production Supervisor / Manager

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000

Status: Full-time | No weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor/Manager to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in a factory or warehouse environment. As a Floor Supervisor/Manager, you will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. This role requires effective leadership skills to guide a team of workers to ensure that production goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Trains and manages production employees on the assigned shift.
  • Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversees production operations on assigned shift.
  • Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
  • Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly.
