NAA maintains a full complement of sewing and production equipment, including over 400 sewing machines, from single-needle to full industrial programmable machines. Our facility features a number of cutting tables, including an automated spreading and cutting machine, fabric laser cutting tables, hot-knife fusing CNC tables, a variety of packing presses, and other manufacturing equipment required to be a self-sustaining operation.

The NAA manufacturing facility comprises a 450,000 square foot (42,000 square meter) building – we have ample space to build and stretch out the largest parachute canopies designed to date! Our facility allows for a rapid production floor layout change to suit the needs of our customers and it can be sectioned into independent secure areas to handle sensitive programs.
Our common ownership with Butler Parachutes in Roanoke, VA, affords us additional equipment and engineering resources to support our manufacturing operations in Roxboro.
